A few useful details before you send a load.
Can I send a load under 5 kg?
Yes. Small loads are welcome. The minimum wash, dry and fold charge is $30.
How is my laundry weighed?
I weigh the laundry as received, before washing, using its actual dry weight. The rate is $6 per kg with a $30 minimum. I can provide a photo of the scale reading on request.
Is drop-off available outside business hours?
The secure self-drop-off is free and available 24/7. The location and access instructions are provided when your booking is arranged. Please put all items inside a securely closed bag, with nothing loose in the box.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Pickup + Return is available for $15, subject to availability. I will arrange the pickup window with you.
When will my laundry be ready?
Timing depends on the amount of laundry, any ironing and current availability. Tell me before booking if you need it by a particular day, and I will let you know whether I can fit it in. I will notify you when your laundry is ready.
Can you wash doonas and blankets?
Some machine-washable synthetic or cotton doonas and blankets can be accepted if they fit comfortably in both the washer and dryer and the care label allows the process. I do not accept feather, down or wool-filled doonas, mattress toppers or oversized items. Describe the item and its size before booking.
What items are not accepted?
Mattress toppers, oversized bedding and feather, down or wool-filled doonas are outside this service. For hygiene, I cannot accept laundry with heavy smoke odour, excessive animal hair, visible mould, bodily fluids or significant contamination.
