The practical details for using Simply Sadie Laundry.
Pricing and confirmation
Wash, dry and fold costs $6 per kilogram of actual dry weight, with a $30 minimum per load. Ironing and bulky-item prices are quoted and confirmed before work begins. Pickup + Return is $15; secure self-drop-off is free.
Items and care
Care labels should be intact and accurate. Please identify delicate items, stains or special instructions before handover. Some marks may remain after cleaning. Items that are unsuitable for the available equipment or care process may be declined.
Items not accepted
Mattress toppers, heavy smoke odour, excessive animal hair, mould, bodily fluids and significantly contaminated items are not accepted. If an unsuitable item is discovered after handover, you will be contacted before any work continues.
Timing and collection
Turnaround and pickup or return times are agreed when your booking is confirmed. Please do not leave laundry in the drop-off box until you have received the location and access instructions.
